Have your work translated, edited, or proofread in four simple steps.

1. send me your document or a sample

Get in touch with me in English or German using the contact form, or via email at:

Please include the following information:

  • The type of document you have (e.g., book manuscript, scientific manuscript, etc.) and the total word count.
  • The type of service you need: translation, editing or proofreading. If you’re not yet sure whether you require editing or proofreading, don’t worry: we will figure it out together.
  • sample of your text (approx. 500–700 words) so that I can estimate the time to complete the job.
  • The deadline by which you need the translated, proofread or edited text back. You should leave sufficient time before your own submission deadline for any revisions and follow-up questions.
  • Your style guide if you have one (e.g., provided by your publisher, academic journal or supervisor).

If you change your mind at this point, don’t worry. I won’t charge you a penny! See also my Cancellation Policy.

3. Confirm your booking

Once we’ve ageed on the schedule and fee, you’re all set.

Please note: For large projects (value >500 EUR), I generally request a 30% deposit to secure your booking before I begin any work. Naturally, this amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
