my five promises

I will get your proofread/edited/translated document back to you within our agreed timeline. If I fail to do so without due cause (e.g., medical emergency) and you cannot or do not want to renegotiate a new time frame:
- You will receive any work I have already completed on your document free of charge
- I will reimburse you any deposit you’ve already paid for the job

I will never charge you more than the amount we agreed to, even if I end up putting more hours into the job than I quoted you (based on the total word count you provided). That would be my error, not yours.

I will always do my best to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with a service I’ve provided, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can sort it out. If you are not happy, I’m not happy.

I will never distribute, sell, share, or publish the contents of the documents or personal information you share with me. All of that stays 100% confidential.

I will never accept a job that I don’t believe I can do. In that case, I will be happy to refer you to a qualified colleague.
